Ready, Set, Regulate!™ In-Home Sensory Support brings Rainbow Rhythm’s sensory-based programming directly to children and families in their home and community.
Designed for children who benefit from additional support with sensory regulation, routines, transitions, communication, attention, and daily participation, each session is individualized around the child’s needs, interests, abilities, and family goals.
Sessions may include sensory activities, movement and regulation exercises, visual supports, structured play, fine and gross motor activities, calming strategies, sensory exploration, and caregiver-supported routines.
Our goal is to help children build practical regulation skills while giving families strategies and tools they can continue using between sessions.
Services may be appropriate for children participating in Wisconsin’s Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program and families seeking private-pay sensory support.
Service frequency can range from individual visits to recurring weekly or multi-day support based on the child’s needs, family goals, authorization, and program eligibility.

Ready, Set, Regulate!™ is Rainbow Rhythm Inc.’s school-based sensory regulation and inclusion program designed to help students reset, regulate, and return to learning.
Through engaging, developmentally appropriate sensory activities, movement, calming strategies, and regulation tools, Rainbow Rhythm brings structured sensory support directly into the school environment.
Programs can include sensory stations, movement and regulation activities, calming tools, fidgets, visual supports, sensory education, and interactive group experiences tailored to your school community.
Ideal for: elementary and middle schools, special education programs, student support teams, after-school programs, and school-wide wellness initiatives.

Rainbow Rhythm Inc. provides customized home modification services designed to enhance accessibility, safety, independence, and quality of life for individuals with developmental, physical, and mobility-related needs. Our team works closely with families and caregivers to create supportive environments that promote comfort, inclusion, and daily living success.
Our home modification services include:
Accessible Ramp Installation – Design and installation of ADA-inspired entry ramps to improve safe access to homes and community spaces.
Soft Play Areas – Creation of sensory-friendly indoor and outdoor play environments that encourage safe recreation, motor skill development, and engagement.
Therapeutic Swing Installation – Professional installation of adaptive and sensory swings to support sensory regulation, balance, and physical development.
Fence Installation – Secure fencing solutions that enhance safety, provide supervised outdoor access, and create defined recreational spaces.
Bathroom Modifications – Accessibility upgrades including roll-in showers, grab bars, raised toilets, non-slip flooring, widened doorways, shower benches, and other adaptive features.
Safety and Support Poles – Installation of floor-to-ceiling transfer poles, grab poles, handrails, and other mobility supports to increase independence and reduce fall risks.
Additional Accessibility Modifications – Doorway widening, stairway adaptations, accessibility railings, adaptive equipment mounting, and other individualized home modifications based on participant needs.
All modifications are tailored to the individual's goals, physical requirements, and living environment to promote greater independence, accessibility, and participation in daily activities. 90 Minute educational workshop teaching participants how to identify sensory preferences and triggers, communicate sensory needs, identify helpful accommodations/supports, and advocate for those supports at home, school and in community environments
